I hate this chair. I mean, nothing is even broke, its purely the functionality and comfort that are both horrible. first of all, the tension of the back has 3 settings: incredibly stiff, super stiff and very stiff. So if you like to lean back in your chair, this is NOT the chair for you. Also, the arms do not move inward so you have your elbows sticking out pretty far. The height adjustment isnt very much both in how low it goes and how high it goes. the backing of the chair is too wide causing your elbows to hit it. also, the seat feels like you are falling off. its too small and it does not tilt with the chair.

The instructions are for a different chair and do not explain the functionality for the tilt and raise/lower feature. The raise and lower made enough sense, but the tilt took a while. Giving a low start because this char was not cheap and I expect at least the bare minimum of GETTING THE PROPER INSTRUCTIONS.

Uncomfortable, extremely basic for price, arms are designed to break if you want to disassemble for return.

I've had this chair for about a year now. I was looking for something that was sturdy, comfortable, supportive, and fairly ergonomic — but at a good price. The Ignition hit every single checkbox.
