I like Logitech gear and still have devices 10+ years old. Unfortunately, the left click button on my Ergo S only lasted 6 months. One day it just stopped registering about 1 out of ever 10 clicks, or will do a doubleclick instead of a single click.
Good mouse, however there is no onboard memory for saving profiles, so you have to fix settings everytime you connect to a new device. Mouse is giant (size is fine for me) so why isn't there a slot to store the mouse dongle? Seems like lazy design. Seems logitech mice never have anywhere to put the tiny, easy to lose usb dongle- i have the same issue with my G703 lightspeed (they put a slot for interchangeable WEIGHTS but not the dongle? Wtf?)
Mouse clicks are quieter than the old version, after some getting used to it works just as well. I like the USB-C on this one, the old one used microusb and it was the only device I had that used it. So now I don't need to bring a microusb cable when I travel.
Fantastic item. Track ball is accurate, fast, and easy on the wrist.
It is a great Mouse, I enjoy using the Rollerball and this one was at a good price
