Awful. Felt good at first but over time this thing is a pain in the butt (and back) to sit in. Stay away.
This is probably the most comfortable desk chair I've ever sat in. I don't super care for the arm rests. The pads of the armrests are very adjustable, but too easily adjustable. Otherwise very happy with my purchase.
This chair is okay at first but then I started having back aches in the middle of my back. I thought it was because I was sitting in it for more than eight hours. I purchased a leather chair from Costco that was $299 and a lot more comfortable. I sit in this Costco chair for 10+ hours a day working. No issues with the back. This chair is over price by $600 and probably it was refurbished and they sold it as new. I will never buy a chair again from Amazon nor will I purchase a steel case chair.
bought this chair for use in my office, to try out before buying one for my wife. Both of us liked it so will be buying another one for her (without the headrest). She's a lot shorter than me.
There is very little to like about his chair given the price and premium name (which is what you are really paying for here). Let's start with the pros.1. Light weight2. Relatively easy to assemble (under 20 min).3. Quality materialsThe cons:1. The chair feels small. The back rest is wide at the bottom but narrows as it goes up to the shoulders. This is a big problem if you have wide shoulders. You will find that there is no support on your shoulder which creates pain points on your shoulders.2. If you look at the pictures, towards the top of the chair, there are horizontal upper back support beams on the chair. This also creates additional pain because your upper back is support but then your lower back is not fully supported. This could have been fixed if they just used the mesh as support. Not a big fan of this design.I would return this chair, but my work paid for it. Would not buy out of my pocket.
