I've had this chair for three days. So far it has been great. It was a little tricky figuring out how to lock the tilt function, but once I did I realized how easy it was. Seat is supportive but not hard, I wish it had a little more lumbar support. One really odd and disconcerting thing is the lack of any HON branding on the chair. It feels like this is just a generic chair that is sold by HON. It doesn't say HON anywhere on the box, instructions, or the chair itself. Makes me a little concerned about the long term quality (made in China), but so far it's fine. The chair was easy to assemble, and so far meets expectations.

Hard to adjust. Many of the adjustments are very tight and take a lot of force.Assembly wasn’t awful and the chair is pretty good for the price range but you can get a lot better for the price from newer and less established brands.
