Overall it's a good basic chair. It feels a little expensive for what you get. The lumbar support constantly breaks/gets knocked out of it's joint and you have to mess with it for several minutes to get it working again. Lumbar support barely moves - limiting your ability to adjust it up really high if you're taller or really low if you're shorter than avg. The seat slider unlocks randomly and I slide out of place. The arm rests slide around horizontally constantly, so you aren't really able to lean your weight on them or you'll slip. Annoying you can't lock them in place. Nice feature to be able to slide them around but downside is they are all over the place.
Comfortable and functional.
I didn't want to review this chair until I had a chance to use it daily for more than a year. SO HEY, now that it's been about a year and a half, I can safely say that this chair is pretty darn good. It's solid, it's simple to put together, it's comfortable, and (best of all) it's STURDY. Listen, I'm over 300 lbs. and I had tried a handful of "big person" chairs to no avail. Even though this chair isn't ADVERTISED as a "big person chair," I fit just fine in it, I don't have any discomfort even after a long work day, and it hasn't in any way started to break down. Is it cheap? No, it's not, but it's WORTH THE MONEY. Sometimes you have to pay for quality and if you're looking for a sturdy, comfortable desk chair... Buy yourself a Steelcase.
We received an office chair and a large part was missing. We returned it
Beautiful chair with high quality parts. Comfortable to sit and work for hours. Very simple to assemble. Rolls nicely on my hardwood. Arm rest swivel as your arm position moves, and this is a great feature.
